Private suggestions appear after you send a message.

How it works

  1. Send your message as usual.
  2. Look for a private suggestion (only you can see it).
  3. Click Replace or Keep original. Done.

What it analyzes

  1. Pushiness: Overly aggressive or demanding language
  2. Vagueness: Unclear or imprecise communication
  3. Non-objective: Subjective opinions presented as facts
  4. Circular: Repetitive or redundant messaging
  5. Rudeness: Impolite or discourteous tone
  6. Passive-aggressive: Indirect expression of negative feelings
  7. Fake/Inauthentic: Insincere or overly positive tone
  8. One-liner: Overly brief responses lacking context

Auto coaching settings

You can turn auto coaching on or off anytime using /settings in Slack. When disabled, you can still use /rephrase manually for specific messages.
